Three Federal Tribunals, Plus Saskatchewan and PEI Legislation

A2AJ's open datasets have grown again. Three federal tribunals join the case law collection, and two more provinces join the legislation collection. The totals now stand at over 225,000 court and tribunal decisions and over 23,500 statutes and regulations, all free and machine-readable.

What's New

Three federal tribunals, each covering decisions in both official languages where the tribunal publishes them:

  • Canada Agricultural Review Tribunal (CART) — 524 decisions (2010–present)
  • Specific Claims Tribunal Canada (SCT) — 44 decisions (2012–present)
  • Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada (TATC) — 537 decisions (2007–present)

Two more legislative jurisdictions, each with statutes and regulations:

  • Saskatchewan — 505 statutes (1954–present) and 665 regulations (1943–present)
  • Prince Edward Island — 342 statutes (2003–present) and 395 regulations (2002–present)

Legislation coverage now spans the federal jurisdiction plus eleven provinces and territories.
