Five Federal Tribunals Now in the Dataset

We've added five federal administrative tribunals and boards to the case law dataset, bringing total coverage to over 222,000 decisions.

What's New

  • Canada Industrial Relations Board (CIRB) — 1,169 decisions, 1995 to present
  • Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board (FPSLREB) — 3,425 decisions, 2003 to present
  • Occupational Health and Safety Tribunal Canada (OHSTC) — 811 decisions, 1992 to present
  • Information Commissioner of Canada (OIC) — 323 decisions, 2019 to present
  • Public Service Disclosure Protection Tribunal (PSDPT) — 29 decisions, 2011 to present

Together they extend A2AJ's coverage into federal labour relations, workplace health and safety, access to information, and whistleblower protection.

Filter by dataset code (CIRB, FPSLREB, OHSTC, OIC, PSDPT) to work with a specific tribunal.
